Attention- if you are like most business owners, there is money leaking out of your business!

(And I want to show you how to stop that so you can be more profitable in 2011)

What’s a business money leak?  Think of it as places in your business where you are losing money, or where clients aren’t showing up because of a block or leak you have.

Here are some examples of where the leaks show up –

>> Positioning – not being known as the expert or marketing your uniqueness will make it hard for people to find you and hard to charge what you are worth.

>>Messaging – not having a clearly defined target and solutions that you provide for them will have you seen as a generalist, and often will cause leaks because your marketing isn’t targeted or effective.

>>Leverage – tons of money can leak here when a business owner is doing too much of the low pay off activities and not enough of the work that is profitable.

>>Mindset – lots of business owners can’t receive either the visibility or credibility they need because of some block that won’t allow for the success they desire.  Often times these are unconscious or hidden (which is really frustrating!) and lead to problems in being able to command the money you should.

>>Marketing – this is the most obvious place where $ is leaking out because of the missed opportunities that go along with marketing failure.
