Have you ever felt just a bit different from those other entrepreneurs?  Maybe you are more heart centered.  Or maybe when everyone around you is making plans, you rely trusting your intuition or lead with spiritual Guidance.

If so, you may have sometimes felt a bit ‘odd’ in mastermind or other coaching programs. The reality is that you don’t play by the same rules that others do!  People like you and I are the sensitive ones.  The open ones.  The ‘out of the box thinkers.’ The creative, intuitive, soulful business owners who value people and connection, integrity, and making a difference.  (Not that we don’t value making money though!  It just has to work within our value system.)

And at times, trying to put yourself in a setting where money is king, spreadsheets are queen, and following a plan and time map lead….it’s easy to feel misunderstood.

But I gotcha!  I’ve travelled the road of working to own (and honor) my more loving, intuitive, spiritual and spontaneous way of being.  Today I have amazing mentors and support, but before I really ‘owned’ that this was my style, it was easy to sit and wish that I was just a little more ‘like them.’  You know…those more left brained, analytic, ‘plan your work and work your plan’ kinda folks.

Let me tell you a story.

My WORST experience was early on having a coach tell me I was ‘lazy and cushy’ because I was unwilling to work 17 hours a day and NOT see my kids who were 3 and 7 at the time.  (Scary, huh?)

And while I have had lovely mastermind experiences in terms of the people involved, they were either too ‘idea focused’ so nothing got implemented because so many rabbit holes were followed, or the flip side happened.  I was in a room full of left brained people who didn’t have the same values I had, didn’t speak the same language I did, and could not ‘get’ that for me, waiting for Divine Guidance trumped putting together a marketing plan.  (And of course I put marketing plans in place.  But I get my info from a different source I guess you’d say!)

All of these experiences were good in many ways (except the dude who didn’t think I should see my boys ☺) because they taught me that there is a space for ideas, inspiration, creativity, implementation, and accountability.  But the biggest thing is that it has to be YOUR OWN UNIQUE BLUEPRINT.  Having a coach who ‘gets’ you on a deep level is the key.  Someone who knows where your strengths are, sees them when you can’t, and knows also where you will likely cave when things get hard.  That is when magic occurs. And that’s what this program is designed to create.

Since this has been quite a journey, I want to make sure that you have the support you need so you can maximize your gifts and talents.

Welcome to the “Go Bold with Your Business” group coaching program.

This is designed to be a very small group.  (Unlike programs designed as masterminds and have 50 people in the room.)  No… my ideal is no more than 8! I have designed this program to include the most beneficial powerful coaching tools I have.

This program will starts in February and runs through October.

The theme for this is:

Going BOLD with a business you love
(Doesn’t that sound delicious!?!)

I’ll be working from my new model where we’ll work on the three levels you need to have a profitable, successful, soul fulfilling business.

Here are some of the highlights  that you can expect:

Structure

The bottom of the pyramid is structure.  It’s what you build your business on, and it consists of two parts.  The first is the ‘outer game’ or business structure.

We will use the awesome power of the group and the power of mastermind so you will create a solid vision, a cohesive plan, and the steps for how to achieve it.  Once you get the customized strategies (no blueprints here!) designed to skyrocket your business, you’ll lose the overwhelm, gain the confidence, and learn the secrets of leverage.

When working with your business structure we’ll look at your pricing, your revenue model, and how you can leverage your time and effort.  Having this in place will be the first piece of your solid foundation.

After we do the business piece, we then move to your personal structure or ‘inner game’ growth.  This is where we look at who you need to be as a business owner, and ways to blast through any blocks that are in the way of you expressing your brilliance in your business.  Doing the mindset work will be critical to create a business that is sustainable.

How do you know if you have a ‘faulty foundation’?

Business-wise you spin around moving from idea to idea.  Or you get easily overwhelmed listening to too many people’s opinions of what you should focus on next.  You are working waaaaay to hard for not enough money and finally, your business isn’t running in a way that is as smooth as it could be to allow you to focus on delivering your great work in the world.

Now the inner game piece of this is that you haven’t yet fully ‘owned’ and get the value of what makes you unique and deserving of more.  You may still have some doubts, fear, and know you could be doing much more.

I have an assortment of valuable tools that we will use so you can be free of the things that are unconsciously holding you back. You’ll be given techniques so you can shift yourself when you catch those nasty mental voices that are holding you back.  And equally important, in this group we will be focusing on shifting your identity.  Moving away from being the ‘doer’ in your business to the successful and profitable OWNER of your business.  That’s a big distinction.  That requires a big leap in confidence, trust, and sense of self that not many coaches talk about or know how to work with.

Spirituality

The second component of the program is spirituality because it is designed to help you get more in touch with deepening your connection with yourself and your Source.  Not designed to be ‘religious’ or preachy, but you will be always encouraged to become great than you imagined yourself to be.

This program will be different in that the combination of YOU and YOUR BUSINESS will be the focal points.  We’ll be looking at you stepping up and moving through those places where you may have played small in the past or wanted to play it safe.

Does that scare you?  It’s okay if it does just a little bit!  Know you’ll be completely safe and honored at all times, but by the end of this program, your business will be out there, your message will be clear, and you will be doing your powerful work in the world, as well as making more money.  That’s my guarantee.

Ways to tell if you have a leak in this part of the foundation…

You may not feel like you have a strong core or a sense of connection with your big WHY in life or business.

You know you are supposed to be up to great things in the world, but when push comes to shove and money gets tight or clients stop showing up, your faith may waiver.

And when you make decisions, instead of going inside and listening to Guidance, you scurry around asking others to show you the way.

Strategy

Strategy- the final piece of the puzzle is in adding powerful strategy designed to get you more visibility, more credibility, and more income. We’ll also look at how you can do this in a more bold way, and yet stay authentic to who you are.

The strategy piece is where the mastermind just shines! You’ll be able to draw from the expertise of others in the group and will get ideas you’ve never thought of. This piece is how we get you out in the world in creative ways you will just love.

What does missing or weak strategy look like?

The biggest indicator if the strategy piece is missing is in the planning and implementation. If may show up with you feeling unorganized in your marketing or just throwing things out there hoping something will stick.

Or you may not know how everything builds on everything else. Or you may be missing a plan for clients to come in, a plan to keep them, and a plan for more visibility.

Missing strategy will create overwhelm for you, tons of unnecessary outlays of time and money, and will certainly confuse your market!

What about money challenges?

Do you have money issues? Most people do, and so part of our time together will be working on the money mindset and creating a more solid way of being with money.  I have some really cool processes to take you through which will bring about a new relationship between you and money. (Money isn’t gonna go where it’s not loved and wanted, so think of this as cleaning up any old crud from your past and creating a new experience.)  What does this mean?  Any blocks that prevent the flow of money coming, or mismanagement on your part… we’ll create a new way of being so you can feel confident and work with money principles.

Ongoing Support

You will grow and reach the results you want by connecting during two mastermind calls each month which will provide support for you to keep implementing the strategies we come up with for you.  

In addition to all of this, you will receive a virtual workshop.  One of the topics I know to be really useful is “How to Sell Without Feeling Salesy.”  We’ll go over my soulful selling process and make sure you feel confident in offering your services.  This is one of those workshops that can be a game changer once you learn the skills to really own your gifts and then have the language and structure to master the enrollment conversations.

A little about me and why I’m the best person for you to work with on your business.

Unlike many coaches and consultants who say they work on the mindset or inner game, I have a Master’s degree in counseling and was a practicing psychotherapist for 25 years. (This is all in addition to all the business building/strategy/marketing/sales/copy/social media skills I have also learned along the way.) More than most coaches and business consultants, I REALLY know both the inner game and the outer game of how to grow a business and business owner.
